Does any of this feel familiar?

ADHD can affect attention, impulse control and organisation from childhood into adult life. You may know it as ADD. An assessment looks at your experiences over time.

You know what needs doing. Starting is the hard part.

The email is open. The task is small. You keep putting it off, even while thinking about it all day.

A deadline is what finally gets you moving.

You spend days trying to begin, then do everything in a rush when there is almost no time left.

A quick task takes the whole afternoon.

You start one thing, notice something else and switch. By evening, several jobs are half done.

Time keeps getting away from you.

You check the clock and realise you should already have left. Another appointment starts with an apology.

Keeping up takes more effort than people see.

The reminders, lists and last-minute catch-ups help you get through the day. From the outside, it may look easy.

You have been wondering about this for years.

There may be a pattern across school, work and home. You want someone to help you understand it.

These experiences can have different explanations. You do not need to recognise every one to ask for help. Your clinician looks at the pattern, your history and how life is affected.

How it works, at your pace.

  1. Start with a free check

A few questions to help you see whether an assessment could be your next step.

    ~3 min

  2. Build your assessment

Questions adapt to your answers, covering symptoms, history and daily life. Save your progress and take breaks.

    Your own pace

  3. Meet your clinician

They review your story before you meet. Talk it through together and receive their findings in writing.

    30 min

  4. Continue your care

Weekly check-ins help your clinician review symptoms, side effects and whether treatment needs adjusting.

    $49/month

Care continues after the prescription.

Clinician-led safety checks

Your monthly care includes reviews of side effects and medication use, with support for any concerns.

  1. Check in each week

Share symptoms, side effects and mood. Each month, add a fuller look at sleep and daily life.

  2. Your prescriber reviews

They follow how you feel over time, alongside your treatment.

  3. You have a next step

Your clinician decides whether to continue, adjust treatment or arrange a visit.

Message your care team between check-ins when you have a concern.

What your care could include

  • Help understanding your experiences, whether ADHD or something else explains them.
  • Medication, if your clinician finds it appropriate for you.
  • Support for other concerns that come up in your assessment.
  • Follow-ups to hear how you feel and review your care.

Your clinician will explain what they recommend and why. A diagnosis or prescription is not guaranteed.

One less trip to think about.

There is more to your story than attention.

Your clinician considers how different parts of your life connect, so you can talk about more than attention.

  • Attention and focus
  • Mood
  • Anxiety
  • Sleep
  • Health and medication history

These are all part of your assessment. Your clinician can help you explore support for other concerns.

  • Your care is considered individually

Your clinician explains the options and their reasons, with space for your questions and preferences.

  • Your privacy matters

Your health information is not sold or used for advertising.

  • Guidance on what comes next

If you need care beyond Avora, your clinician can explain where to turn.

Questions you may have.

Will I get a diagnosis?

Your clinician may identify ADHD, find another explanation, or need more information. They'll explain their findings and help you understand what comes next.

What does the ADHD assessment include?

A detailed review of your history, a 30 minute video visit, and written findings with a plan. There is time to discuss your questions and possible next steps.

What if I already have a diagnosis?

Share your diagnosis and any current prescription with us. If your treatment is settled, you can explore a transfer. Your clinician will confirm what review you need.

How does delivery work?

Delivery is free and tracked across Ontario. You can also have your prescription sent to your own pharmacy. Your Avora care fee stays the same.

Is it covered by OHIP?

Avora fees are paid privately. Your workplace or private plan may reimburse part of the cost. We can provide a receipt for you to check.
