Does any of this feel familiar?

Nicotine dependence can make quitting difficult. Cravings and withdrawal are part of that experience. If you've tried before, those experiences can help shape your next plan.

Nicotine is part of the shape of your day.

The first cigarette, a break or the trip home has become a routine. Changing it affects more than that one moment.

Stress makes the plan harder to keep.

You decide to stop, then a difficult day brings the craving back. You want support that accounts for those moments.

You have tried before and want a different kind of support.

You remember what helped and what became difficult. You want to use that experience when planning your next attempt.

Talking about it can feel uncomfortable.

Whether you smoke or have switched to vaping, you want to explain where you are without having to defend it.

These experiences can have different explanations. You do not need to recognise every one to ask for help. Your clinician looks at the pattern, your history and how life is affected.

  1. Check in each week

Share symptoms, side effects and mood. Each month, add a fuller look at sleep and daily life.

  2. Your prescriber reviews

They follow how you feel over time, alongside your treatment.

  3. You have a next step

Your clinician decides whether to continue, adjust treatment or arrange a visit.

Message your care team between check-ins when you have a concern.

Questions you may have.

Can I ask for help with vaping?

Yes. Tell us what you use and how often. Your clinician will consider your nicotine use and discuss support that fits your situation.

Will I be prescribed something?

Your clinician will discuss the options with you. Medication may help some people; nicotine replacement and other support may be more appropriate for others.

What if I need more support?

Your clinician can ask more questions, arrange a video visit or recommend further care. Their additional review is included in the $49 fee.

How does delivery work?
